seperation and or divorce

1. Married 7 years 2. 2 dependent children ages 6 & 7 currently under guardianship of their grandmother / wifes mother 3. Wife (31) bysexual, has acquired a 25 year old live in girlfriend with child (1)

4. Wife served 6 mo. jail time for a sexual battery charge levied by a 17 1/2 year old. Wife was charged with 2 counts felony sexual battery, sentenced on 2 counts misdmeaner 5. 2 years probation, with a manditory sexual evaluation, and fines Bottom line - what options do I have and what actions can she take against me for having left that adverse triangle

You have no liability for leaving the relationship. Assuming you are competent, you can file for divorce and custody of your children.
