If I sign over guardinship of my children to my aunt and uncle..is this temporary, and do I still have rights to my children as far as seeing them? and what about child support?

It depends on the agreement with your aunt and uncle. Generally you can visit them as you please - or visitation could be denied for cause (example: you are high on drugs). Child support does not need to be included, but the state can require child support.
