I am divorced. I have three children 23 (Son), 19 (daughter), and 17 (daughter). My son and my oldest daughter live in an apartment and share rent. My son will soon get married and move out. Can my 17 year old daughter legally move into the apartment with her 19 year old sister to replace my son as a renter? She currently lives with me as the custodial parent.

She can with your permission, however the landlord will probably not release your son from liability on the rent.
