Legal Question in Family Law in Utah

My Sister has Alzheimers and a man has asked her to marry him after only 3 weeks knowing each other. Her home and assets are in a Revocable Trust with her daughter as Trustee. What can be the financial issues in the future? If she went into a facility, can he stay in the home or can we sell it to finance her care? Will he have any financial responsibility for her care? Many of us are "suspicious" that his motives maybe financial. He lives in a 5th wheel and she has a lovely home in St George, UT. Thank you.

You should have her trust converted to an irrevocable trust so that her assets cannot be taken from her.
