Legal Question in Family Law in Utah

I have a sister who is verbally abusive to the point of harrassment. We do not live in the same house. Is it possible to get a restraining order so that she does not contact me at all? This includes e-mail, phone calls, postal mail, and seeing each other in person. I want no contact at all. What do I do?
