Legal Question in Family Law in Utah

Here is my situation....I am currently going through a divorce and do not want my 2 year old daughter ever be around her paternal grandfather -who is a registered sex-offender, and has been to prison for child pornography- with out MY supervision. My soon to be ex-husband is contesting this, and says that he feels that HE should be able to be someone who supervises our daughter around her grandfather (who is his father). My problem with this is, even though my ex-huband's father was convicted and pled guilty, he believes his father is INNOCENT. So, I do not feel like my ex-husband should be able to supervise our daughter around someone who he feels is innocent, and obviously thinks he isn't a threat. Is there anyway around this for me? How can I make sure that my 2 year old daughter is not allowed around this registered sex-offender who just happens to be her grandfather without MY supervision???
