Legal Question in Family Law in Utah

I have sole physical custody and joint legal custody of my 3 kids. Their mother has moved to another state. I am researching the possibility of a job in another state. She said she does not want the kids to move. While I know she has rights to have a say in living arrangements, and visitation, but with her being in another state (not drivable visits) she only will see the kids when she flys out to visit. She said she plans on moving back here, but not for a year. What do I do? Who do I contact? What are my rights to move etc?

I'm in Utah currently

You only need to give her 60 days written notice of your intention to relocate. Unless your Decree has some restriction or condition I'm not aware of, you don't need her permission to move with the children. You should refer to Utah Code Annotated 30-3-37 for more information or call and set up a free consultation.
