Legal Question in Family Law in Utah

My son has a daughter who is 2 1/2 years old, he has married a girl who is getting heavily involved with drugs, not coming home at night, leaving throughout the day, and taking there daughter on alot of these trips that she is taking, he is worried to death about his daughter, what rights does he have to protect his daughter and to get this woman out of there lives?

He should not allow his wife to have contact with the child. He is putting his custodial rights at risk as well as the health and safety of the child.
