Legal Question in Family Law in Utah

I have a son that was living with his maternal grandma, she has up and moved to Hawaii and left my son behind. My son is currently living with his grandmas' ex husband. My sons' mother isn't really in the picture at all, she and I were never married. How do I establish custody? Can I get the grandma for abandonment since she was previously awarded tempory custody?

You can file for paternity or for temporary custody in the court where you live or where your son is living. You will need legal assistance to do this. You may call for a free consultation.
