Legal Question in Family Law in Utah

My son's father owes back child support. If my son turns 18 and the child support is still not paid will he still have to pay the back child support and if he does who will it be paid to after my son is 18, myself or my son?

He owes the money to you, even after your son turns 18. You provided the support for your son. The money was to reimburse you for your expenses.
