It's not valid if the case has been dismissed. You would need to file another case and work toward getting a final, permanent decree which spells out the custody, child support, and other issues. Please call my office and schedule an appointment to come in and meet with me if you would like to discuss this in further detail. I offer a free initial consultation. My number is 801-274-3100. Thank you.

You need a new order. Because of the time passage you will have to start over. You may call for a free consultation, 801-876-4422.
