Legal Question in Family Law in Utah
My sposue and I have been having maritial issues and are working on getting a divorce. He has been moved out of our house for about 5 months. He has no job and no money to pay our house payment so I have been living there and paying the payments...also paying the payments the last year and a half he was unemployed. Now he says he wants to move back in (to my house) with his girlfriend this weekend...what are my rights? Do I have any or do I just have to allow this? Thanks for any advice.

Don't allow him to move back into the house. If you haven't done so already, you should file for divorce and get a temporary order in place awarding you the use and occupancy of the home. If you want to set up a free consultation, please give me a call.
You should not allow him to move back in. File for divorce and get temporary orders granting you possession of the house. If girlfriend shows up call the police and have her removed for trespassing.
