Having Spouse Removed from House

I want a divorce. I asked my husband to move out, he told me to show him the order. I don't have money for an attorney, but I want him out of the house now. Is there a way I can get him out of the house before the divorce papers are filed?

If your husband can afford to pay for an attorney for you, it ia possible that you can get an attorney to represent you with the understanding that his fees will be paid by your husband. Second choice, read the material at this link: http://www.utcourts.gov/howto/divorce/
