Legal Question in Family Law in Utah

Standing orders

Went to trial over custody in June-08, I was awarded full custody but ex continues to dispute and nit-pick so that the final orders are not/have yet to be signed. Am I bound by temporary orders until the current order is signed?

Re: Standing orders

In response to your question, you are generally still bound by any temporary orders until the final decree has been entered by the court. Personally, I would be curious to know how/why your ex has been able to delay the entry of a final order for so long. I would strongly recommend getting it back before the judge as soon as possible to bring it to a close.
