Legal Question in Family Law in Utah

What should i do?

I have just started my divorce and i have four children. My husband wants to see the kids but due to his anger of me leaving him i am afraid what he might do if i let him see them. Should let him see them or should i wait for it to be set in stone after court?

Do not make the children an issue in the divorce. Let him see them as much as possible, including offering him care time when you cannot be with them. UNLESS he is abusive towards the children or places them at risk for injury or harm. Otherwise, the more generous you are with children-parent time the easier time the children will have with the divorce.
