Legal Question in Family Law in Utah

I am in the state of Utah, My aunt has died and I am trying to get legal guradianship of her 3 kids and dont know how to do it or where to start? One father is in mexico and willing sign his right over, the other father is in prison and does not want anything to do with his children, my aunt also has restraining orders against him as well. I just dont knw what to do at this point and looking for some free legal advise

You will need to file a petition for guardianship with the court. The father in Mexico can sign a consent form agreeing to your appointment as guardian. The father in prison can do the same if he is willing to do so. Otherwise, you can have him served with the papers and if he doesn't file anything contesting the guardianship, the court will grant it.
