Legal Question in Family Law in Utah
State of Utah steels child and spoulsal support from it's poorest residents
Who can I contact to represent me in a case against the State of Utah and the Ogden dept. of Recovery Services so that I might recover child and spousal support owed me.
The States claim to this money was made through black mail in obtaining a signature while under duress, as well as false reporting by Dept. of Work Force Services.
The support was ordered in June of 1998, however, the debt assignment giveing the state it's claim to this money goes back to l978.

If you received Public Assistance (welfare) the State is entitled to collect child support from your ex to the amount you were paid in assistance. If you overpaid the State you can request a refund. You will have to provide verification and an accounting for the moneys which you were paid, the money which you were owed by your ex and the amount of money which the State collected.
