Legal Question in Family Law in Utah

Step- Son custody

My wife and I are splitting up, and my step-son wants to stay with me. He is will be 16 on July 16th. He also works with me. When my wife and I got together, I helped her get custody of her kids after 8 years without it. Now she is threatening to call the sherriff and have hime MAKE my step-son leave against his will. We live in Utah. Is there any way I can keep him? Please respond ASAP, as she is threatening to do this today.

Re: Step- Son custody

Under the law, you have no claim to custody of the child. If she demands that your step son be returned to her, you will have to comply with the request.
