Student loan

My X wife of 10ys has her student loans comming due and she wants me to pay 1/2 of them she did get them while we were married, but my name is not on the loans according to nelnet inc. (Her loan service provider) My ? is do I have to pay? the devorce dec. says I have to pay my bills and she has to pay hers and we pay ours. I live in CO she lives in MN will she have to go to a UT court

If the decree is not clear about who pays the bills, you will have to either agree or return to court to determine who has that responsibility.
