Legal Question in Family Law in Utah

subpoena duces tecum

I have submitted a subpoena duces tecum to get payroll information. I received the information in June of last year. The case is still ongoing and I need updated records. Is the original subpoena still in effect or do I have to submit a new one? What Utah statute would apply to ongoing discovery?

Re: subpoena duces tecum

You need a new subpoena. On going discovery applies to a party to the lawsuit only. Utah Rules of Civil Procedure.
