Legal Question in Family Law in Utah

in the summer when the custodial parent takes his two weeks of uninterrupted time during the childs summer vacation from school for purposes of vacation does that mean the custodia parentl has to be going on vacation to get those two weeks uninterrupted? or does he get that time even if they dont go anywhere?? Thank you...Traci

The two weeks is uninterrupted parent time. The parent with custody is not required to do any particular activity, or even take time off work. It is just parent time.
