He is out of town again and wants me to give our girls to his mother to take to his wife even though I thought my summer started this weekend. Will I get in trouble if I do not give them to his mother if I have the text with him tellin me June 1 on a text that my summer starts this weekwnd?

Re: Summer time
The terms of the divorce decree prevail. If he is not available to care for the children, you should have the right to care for them. However, remember the divorce decree governs. You may need to amend the decree. If you have evidence of your right to care for the children, then you are protected.
