Legal Question in Family Law in Utah
I am looking into taking my ex-wife back to court, and would like to request that she is ordered to pay my attorney fees because she is intentionally causing the issues that we are having to go to court for. If she is ordered to pay my attorney fees, how should I be expected to have this done? Would they typically issue a credit against child support or expect her to pay me directly? I live in Utah.

Assuming she is ordered to pay your attorney's fees, she would have to pay you directly. You would be awarded a judgment against her which would entitle you to garnish her wages and/or bank accounts in the event she doesn't voluntarily pay you.
