Temporary custody-how?

I need to know what I have to do to file for temporary custody of my son. His mother and I have 50/50 joint custody but due to circumstances I am filing for full custody and need to get temporary custody now. I need to know what to file out and where to take it. Thanks

You must firsts file a petition to amend the custodial arrangements; then file a motion for temporary custody; or if circumstances warrant it, you can file for a protective order on behalf of the child and request temporary custody.
