terminating mothers rights with my granddaughter
i have 3 grand children i was taking care of who were taken into state custody two of which are not blood the parents wre on drugs and my granddaughter was born a meth baby and tested positive for it my daughter in law used her 2 children for identy theft and she only got 6 months home confinement her son has been taken away 2 my son is doing county time but wanted me and my husband to fight for custody we petition the courts the day the state returned the kids the mother has a very bad back ground she alwas does every thing the courts and dcf tells her to and six months later to a year she is doing it again my son wrote a letter and we had it notetrized for us to have custody will it help can sibilings that are not blood be split up or do i as a grandparent have a fighting chance or should my son fight for custody

Since you did not use punctuation or capitals your question is difficult to understand. You should always fight for custody to care for children that you know, and that know you.
