Legal Question in Family Law in Utah
Hi- I'm in an ugly custody battle with my ex husband of 10yrs+ and his attorney has asked me through interrogatories for all emails, texts, phone coorespondense in regards to an online ad I had for a room for rent for the ski season. Do I need to provide this information... is it really relevant to the custody battle? Also how do I subpoena my text messages from my cellular company with out an attorney as I am representing myself? My ex got his.. only my messages.. and I need his side of the messages also between my ex.. his wife and my stalker who is helping him... I currently have a civil stalking order against him. Please help!

You can object to any interrogatory that it is not relevant.
If you are not able to figure out how to handle discovery issues, you need to get an attorney. If funds are tight, you may be able to ask the court to order your husband to provide funds for you.
