unfair divorce judgement?

my brother was escorted in his home and escorted out, was only able to

take clothes with him. The judge awarded money to the exwife that a 21

year old daughter claimed he owed her from that year, can a judge do

this? Isn't she supposed to file her own claim?

It appears your brother should have had an attorney. The daughter's claim should have been separate from the divorce.
