Legal Question in Family Law in Utah

Unmarried Custody

I recently had a baby with a woman I am no longer in a relationship with. Paternity has been declared by us, and I pay child support, however she refuses to give me my parental rights to my child. I would like to have joint custody and joint legal, but we have never been married. How do I go about doing that?
