Legal Question in Family Law in Utah

Unpaid, child support

My ex husbands employer has garnished his wages for child support, but have failed to send them to Utah office of Recovery Services (ORS) Is there any basis to sue for not only the money, but damages, (late rent, utilities, insurance, ect....) Not to mention the emotional stress of not getting these bills paid on time?

ORS should sue the employer on your behalf. You can also sue the employer yourself.
