Legal Question in Family Law in Utah

When utah becomes a fault state in May 2013 will there be a grandfather clause for those people who filed before 5/2013?

I'm not aware that Utah is becoming a "fault" state in 2013. Whatever the law is as of the date of filing is what applies.
