validity of divorce decree when remarring same spouse

My husband and I were divorced and were remarried recently. Is anything in the divorce binding now?

Not having the divorce decree to read, I can only generalize. Your remarriage would be treated as a new marriage, with both of you bringing "premarital" property into the new marriage. Because of your unique situation you may wish to discuss setting aside the property settlement and other divorce features. It would be wise to create a new written document which memorializes your new agreement - just in case.
