Legal Question in Family Law in Utah
I violate a protective order? The first apparence in court was two months ago and the judge wanted to dismiss it. The prosecutor asked for continuacy to provide more evidence and set a pre-trial conference. Last month the prosecutor didn't provide such evidence so, now he wants me to plea in advance at the next court time or persuing jail time in a few days. What's wrong here?

If you did not commit domestic violence or violate a protective order, require a hearing. Do not plea.
You can demand his evidence under Rule 17 of the Utah Rules of Criminal Procedure. File a request with his office for all of his evidence, so you know what he has.
