visitation
if you are getting a divorce, and the spouse you are seperated from refuses to comunicate with you concerning seeing your child.
what can you do?

Re: visitation
Go to court and get an order allowing visitation. If that order is not observed, then return to court to get an order of contempt, with sanctions. Since you have children, and the divorce is apparently not a 'friendly' divorce, you need an attorney.
