Legal Question in Family Law in Utah

Visitation- entitlement versus obligation

I have read the utah code regarding visitation. My stbx-spouse insists that all days that I am entitled to are my obligation to have the children. Am I obligated to have the kids or find care for them if I am not able on all days of entitlement?

Re: Visitation- entitlement versus obligation

You are not required to take the children, although you should spend as much time as you can with the children because it is good for them. But if you have to work and cannot care for the children, then offer care time to her, if she refuses get a babysitter.
