Legal Question in Family Law in Utah

Visitation - Military

My husband has joined the Army full time and will be in Basic training and AIT training at Fort Jackson SC. After that he will be stationed somewhere in the World in January. I will be staying in Utah and have power of attorney for him. Can I exercise his decreed visitation until we can get an out of state schedule from the court?

Re: Visitation - Military

Not under the terms of a power of attorney. You will need either the cooperation of the other parent, or a court order.
