Legal Question in Family Law in Utah

Visitation Rights taken away without consent

My ex-wife has refused to let me see my 3 children for over a year. I have joint legal custody, but a year ago while I was in CA for some contract work, she had my visitation taken away from me in court. I didn't sign any papers and would have never agreed to this. She told the judge I didn't want to see them and he signed the paper. I try emailing and calling my children but every time I do she calls the police or gets angry at the children. What can I do?

Re: Visitation Rights taken away without consent

Take her back to court and get your custodial rights restored; if she used trickery to cause you to lose your rights, you can also sue for contempt of court and get your attorney fees.
