visitations
i am still pregnant and my ex boyfriend wants to take me to court because i told him he couldnt not take child until the child is older. he is not paying support and does not plan on paying any i want to know if this goes to court is he going to be able to get visitation rights where he can just take my infant child

It is highly unlikely that your boyfriend can take your infant child. At birth you have the option of listing him as father or not. IF you do not, your boyfriend must file for paternity right after the birth. If you name him the father, or if he is declared the father, then you must file for child support, and he must file to get rights of visitation; and you should file to become the primary residential custodial parent.
