Legal Question in Family Law in Utah

W-2 and other financial information

I filed for divorce approximately 6 months ago in the State of Utah. Since that time, my wife has refused to submit any financial information (i.e. W-2, tax returns, etc.) I know how much she makes, where she works and I am even friends with her boss. How can I get the information I need? Is a subpoena the only way? Thank you

You can subpoena her boss for the records, or file a formal discovery request with her.
