Legal Question in Family Law in Utah

wanting to see my daughter

i have a child with another person

who left when she found out she was

pregnant. she then called me two

years later and said the child needs a

dad. i agreed. did paternity. ors for 1

and half years. then child's mom said

i cant see my girl anymore. stopped

all child support. said i cant see her.

if i tried to get visitation she would

sue for all back support and

insurance, and day care. i have

reissued a paternity, can mom really

do these things? we had an

agreement that all she wanted was a

dad for the child. now she is married

and says she has fulfilled that. but i

am her dad. i cannot afford an

attorney and am going through the

courts myself. what are my chances

of getting visitation and starting ors

from when i filled?

Re: wanting to see my daughter
