Legal Question in Family Law in Utah
my wife has california and utah collecting child support. the utah service said only one state can be collect, but california just took every thing in the bank account.
utah takes it out of her pay check.

You will need to get California or Utah to either credit or give you a refund. I have done this before, it is not easy. You may call for a free consultation.
