Legal Question in Family Law in Utah

My ex wife and I were on a car loan when married. Now we are divorced and she took the car and agreed to make all the payments and it is stated so in our divorce papers. Currently she has made no payments, car was repoed, my credit hurt and now the bank is threatening to garnish my wages. Is there anything I can do?

Pay the bank, take her back to court for contempt for not obeying the court orders.

You will need to file a motion for order to show cause to take her back to court seeking a contempt citation against her as well as a judgment.
