Legal Question in Family Law in Utah

my wife doesn't come home at night, she comes home at 7 in the morning for me to leave for work , then takes the kids to daycare a couple hours later. Repeats the process of not coming home again. Do I have a chance to having full custody of the children? If so how would I go about getting it?

Custody is determined on many factors, your wife's behavior is just one of them, although it is significant. You can apply for primary physical custody and even sole legal custody. The court does a 8 part test to determine custody. Often a professional custodial evaluator is engage to make recommendations to the court.

You may call for a free consultation. I have helped many fathers get custody of their children - however each case is different.
