ex wife and house?
my ex wife still lives in the house that is ONLY in my name. She makes the payments never on time. Now she wants to sell the house and move does she get the equity?

It depends on what the divorce decree states. If the decree does not address the situation, then you need to go back to court to get a decision on how to share the equity.
