Legal Question in Family Law in Utah

My wife and I have been married for eight months. We are now getting divorced. During our marriage we purchased a home with equity from the sell of my home from a previous marriage. My name is not on the title or any documents on the home we purchased. Am I legally obligated to any payment on her mortgage?

Whoever is awarded the home in the divorce will be obligated to make the mortgage payment. You should be entitled to receive your premarital equity that was put into the home.
