Legal Question in Family Law in Utah
My ex wife is a paralegal she has denied me my visitation rights for my ten years old son. And as threatened to change our divorce papers many times so that she can claim him on her taxes every year. She calls me almost every day and threatens to take me to court. I have asked her many times to please stop harassing me and she won't stop! what can i do?

If she's denying you your visitation, then you need to take her back to court to enforce the court order. If she doesn't stop harassing you, take her back to court and get a restraining order.
Do not let her bully you. If you want your visitation rights with your son you will have to take action. Regardless of whether she is a para-legal or whatever, the law is clear about your rights as a father. You must assert those rights. Go back to court and get an order of contempt against her and show your son you love him and will fight for your relationship.
She is not entitled to claim your son for taxes every year either (unless you are delinquent on your child support).
You do not need to take her "harassment" but you do need to take action.
