Legal Question in Family Law in Utah

My wife's mother lost custody of two of my wife's younger sister's a few years ago. The sisters were then put in my wife's cousin's custody where they currently live. The cousin refuses to let my wife talk to her sister's or visit them, except in public places once every three months. Other than that, we, have no contact with the sisters. The cousin won't even tell us where they live, so we can't go visit. This is very upsetting for my wife. Do we have any rights to see the sister's or is there any way we can petition for visitation rights?

The short answer is yes you can petition for visitation rights. You would have to show why it would be in the best interest of the children and the strong bondship between your wife and sisters to win a visitation case.
