Legal Question in Family Law in Utah
so i know this will prob be a long shot but there are some family issues going on that do not really involve me however just to get under my skin my twin brother is restricting me from seeing his son. there is no actual reason he is doing this other then to make everyone suffer with him. my question is, is there any way i can get some kind of legal rights or something that will help on this?

Actually, you can file a petition with the court seeking visitation rights. While it's difficult to prevail, it's not unusual for uncles, aunts and grandparents to be awarded visitation.
