can my x girlfriend take my fourwheeler both names are on the title she is the main borrower but i am paying on the loan

If both names are on the title, both people are entitled to possession.

If it's titled in both names, she's as much entitled to possession as you are. Considering she's you ex girlfriend I would recommend you try to work out a resolution as to who gets the four wheeler and who pays the debt before you end up having to go to court.
