Legal Question in Family Law in Utah

Last year I lived with my boyfriend for 4 months, a situation which resulted in my ex-husband taking me to court. I was in a protracted legal battle, and eventually lost my alimony, which would have been paid to me for another three years. The boyfriend is now out of the picture. Can I re-visit this issue legally, and request that alimony be reinstated?
