If the separation order was final, you are still legally separated. If it was a temporary order, then it has expired.
Until there is an actual decree of divorce, you've always been legally married. Depending on what the court order says, you may still be legally separated. However, certain provisions of the order may be rendered moot if you're living under the same roof, such as provisions relating to use and occupancy of the home, custody of children, child support, and alimony.
